Design is a tool used to fit the program that was compiled from the study conducted in the first stage (Study) of our approach.
Knowledge, experience, and drawing skills take us to different solutions, alternative imaginaries, an interior, and an exterior living space.
Through Design we manage information, legislation, and the direction that follows the client's ambition.
In this stage the client is presented with drawn ideas, images that illustrate an environment and a plan.
Building is a delicate matter when a renovation is the objective. Deciding which builder responds the best to what is in the project can be tricky. In Portugal anyone can build but only a few have the knowledge, the hardware, and the skills to do it.
Our responsibility is to ensure that we select the right builder.

Traditional Alentejo houses have unique identities. An exceptional location on the landscape, a rectangular, L shape or stretch form that follows the geography and a position that takes de most from the sun, the views, and accesses.
